Day Eight: January 3, 2009

And this is where it ends. Day Eight is also the first post, wayyyyyy down there. We basically just took Grace to the airport ): Here are some Pictures i guess that we took when we were walking in the neighborhood this morning. It was freezing.

Day Seven: January 2, 2009

Grace's Last day. ): It was raining when we woke up, which we were pretty happy about. We were going to do a photo shoot but couldn't because of the rain, then we weren't so happy about, but i still got a few good shots. After we were really bored and sat around for a while, then my mom took us to the mall (again). Grace spent the last of her money buying two scarves and another gumball. We also took photo booth pictures. I bought a necklace and a tank top from Hollister for my neighbors Christmas Gift. When we got home we got dressed. We had been planning to go to dinner that night at Elephant Bar. So we were going "semi-formal". We tried on like every dress we had in the end we wore what you see in the pictures below. When we were in bed we talked until midnight, I sure am going to miss those. Oh yeah i ALMOST forgot! Grace has been a vegetarian since October and hasn't eaten ANY meat, but last night she couldn't resist and ordered a burger. She wasn't one of those DONT EAT ANIMALS vegetarians, she just didn't really like meat except burgers.

Day Six: January 1, 2009

NEW YEARS DAY! We went to the hub, mostly just Target and Ulta. Haha we went to Target so that Grace could spend her gift card there. She bought a shirt, lash blast mascara, and three packs of gum. Then we walked over to Ulta. We actually spent quite a while in Ulta, we found this great deal on huge makeup pallets, i believe Grace bought one for like eight dollars. She also bought this instant hair color wand thing in purple for ten dollars. I bought this mini travel straightener for fifteen dollars which i guess is pretty good. But they only had it in pink. :\ The other thing i bought was this V05 Hair Defense spray, it was only four dollars! Haha that picture was when we were getting ready in the morning.

Day Five: January 31, 2009

We got up earlier than normal and headed for the zoo. Starting with our regular routine, waiting for SOMEONE to get dressed for an hour, and then breakfast. We drove to the Zoo and it took about an hour. We saw alotta animals as you can see below, and it was just Aaron, Grace and I.

(Aaron being our photographer.) We walked around for three hours and headed home. That night we also flipped through Grace's entire Vogue magazine and kind of made our own mix of songs.

Day Four: December 30, 2008

We went to the movies that day and saw Four Christmases, It was really short. One hour and twenty two minutes but it was really good. It is totally worth seeing. We went to the mall after and bought birthday gifts for Allison and Rhonda. But before we went to the movies we took some pictures and Aaron helped us. That day was pretty simple.

Day Three: December 29, 2008

We went to the Valley fair Mall. Which was huge. Let's just say Grace bough a lot. (: She bought,a gray sweater, a black hat (that we can't find right now), a cami, two graphic tees, and a gum ball. I bought the same gray sweater except in navy blue. We got a really good deal on it, they were each 15 dollars, and they were having a buy one get one 50% off, so in the end out total was something around twenty four dollars. Instead of the original which was 80 dollars. Good deal right? We had pizza from Sbrraro. After three hours, we got lots of clothes and exercise. Some of the stores we went to were: Zumies, Charlotte Ruesse, Forever 21, American Eagle, Aeropastle,Holister, Abercrombie,Bath and Body Works,Wet Seal,The Apple Store, and Banana Republic.

After we got home we went outside and took some pictures, at the same time we were just checking out her old house. Boy do memories flood, but it was fun. And of course Grace changed her outifit a couple more times :D

Day Two: December 28, 2008

We woke up, got ready, went to church, and that's it. Pretty boring. But Grace went natural and had a stomach ache. :\

Day One: December 27. 2008

We picked up Grace from the airport, drove home. That's as exciting as that day got. But we did get ice cream! She of course got two scoops of cookies 'n cream, while I had a single scoop of rainbow sorbet.

But before we went and got ice cream we went to Petco to look at the kitties and decided on Jingle. He is a nine week old Tabby, and he should be ready in about a week. It stinks that Grace won't be here to meet him.

And that's pretty much how our day went.

Sarah: Boy are we smart. Grace and I decided to make a blog. That is, on the last day, actually last hour she is in California. So basically I guess we could post what we did this past week instead of the "coming week" starting from day one, all the way until today. But we only have half an hour before we head to the airport, that sucks.

Three hours later: She's gone now. She's on the plane, going home. Now i just have to wait another seven months before i can see my best friend again. It's just not fair most people see their best friend everyday or every week, but i only get to see mine once or twice a year. But i guess the moments are treasureable. ( oh yeah that's not even a word but whatever) So if your best friend still loves close you shouldn't take it for granted.
